Each engagement starts by confirming the requested scope, budget, timeline and decision criteria. Before any purchase commitment, the relevant seller, invoice party, fees and transaction responsibilities should be clear in writing.
The service is independent of grading laboratories, trade platforms, sellers and jewellers. Any specific commercial relationship or third-party cost relevant to a client’s project will be disclosed before the client proceeds.
